If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will exchange it for you or accept a return. We do, however, reserve the right not to accept a product that shows sign of wear, unless it has a manufacturing defect.
To ensure a clear process we ask that you follow the following steps:
- First, please communicate the request in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- In the subject line please write “Exchange” or “Return”.
- In the body of the email please include the following information: Full name; CPF number; reason for return or exchange; item reference; order number.
Exchanges can be made up to 30 days after the client has received the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging, in the box in which it was shipped and accompanied by the invoice and warranty. The exchange will be processed once the company receives the returned item.
We will cover the shipping cost of the first return. Upon receiving the email requesting an exchange, Kika Alvarenga will respond with instructions for sending the item. In the event that the desired item is not in stock, it will be sent within the next 30 days.
You may return any item bought on our site within seven days of receiving it. The item must be returned in its original packaging, in the box in which it was shipped and accompanied by the invoice and warranty. A refund will be issued within 40 business days from the day the company receives the returned item. The refund will be made to the credit or debit card used at the time of purchase. Our exchange and return policy is based on the Brazilian Consumer Protection Act.
